1. Custom Orders and Installations

Due to the nature of our business, custom orders and installations are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun. Custom products are made specifically to your measurements and specifications, and cannot be resold or reused.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service or order:

  • Before materials are ordered or services are scheduled: A full refund may be issued.

  • After materials are ordered or work is scheduled: A cancellation fee may apply to cover material and administrative costs.

3. Defective or Damaged materials

  • Notify us within 7 days of the installation.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of installation or service:

  • We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, offer corrective service or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
